We literally incorporated the zero waste philosophy into our packaging by creating a box made of compressed soil with an imprint of the Zegama’s unique Vibram® sole. These boxes were sent as a pre-release to leading and influential voices in the trail world. Since you can only open the box by smashing it on the ground, the shoes naturally get a little dirty. But that’s what trail running is all about, isn’t it?
